Wrong/ damaged/ defective product: Once the product which you have received is picked up, we'll dispatch the replacement product from our end.
In case, you wish to replace your order then once the order is picked up and reaches back to our warehouse(provided it's within our replacement/return policy), we'll dispatch your replacement product.
