1. To initiate the return process, please reach out to us through our contact us form here along with the order details and images of the unopened product, the box in which it was delivered from all angles, and the original invoice with us, along with the reason for returning the product
2. The product should be in its original condition. The product jar should be unopened and unused.
3. Please make sure to return the original invoice, box, and price tags received with the product.
4. We will arrange for the pick-up of the item through our courier partners.
5. In case the returned product is found ineligible for a refund, we will send the product back to you.
