Order has been placed but not dispatched: Yes, you can change the delivery address if your order is still not dispatched, by reaching out to us at community@oziva.in. Don't forget to mention your Order ID along with the new address so that we can process your request at the earliest.
Order has been placed but dispatched: Once the order has been placed and dispatched, we'd be unable to change the delivery address.
